kaartThe Centre Maurits Coppieters and the Kurdish Institute of Brussels organise a public dinner-debate on the role of Iraqi Kurdistan and prospects for democratization of the region and stability in the Middle East. The purpose is to explore the dynamics behind the current emergence of instability and violence in Iraq, and where the country could go from here. Also to discuss the possibility of an Independence referendum in Iraqi’s Kurdistan that could lead to the first ever Kurd state in the whole of Kurdistan.
The Keynote Speaker is Mr. Hassan Qazî. Jorunalist specialised in Middle East.
