We are happy to plan an activity tailored to your organization and at minimal expense allowances.Customized.
At first contact, we discuss how we best adapt the activity to the audience that your organization is aiming for. Do you want general information and a first introduction to the theme or are your supporters already well versed in the subject and want to be able to dig deeper? Both are possible. How (inter)actively do you want the activity to be? We are happy to discuss this. We also make agreements on accessibility (for the disabled, hearing-impaired, …) and adapt to special wishes and needs (such as for example, adapted meals for vegetarians or people with food allergies).
What do we do?
We take care of the program you want. We supply the speakers and materials and ensure that the entire activity runs smoothly. If required, we also bring our information stand where the public can get more information afterwards.
What do you do?
You provide the location, logistical support and local promotion of the activity. The logistical support (such as laptops, beamers, microphones, …) depends on the activity and the size of the group. We discuss this with you and can also bring your own material if desired. What we mainly expect from you is that you provide a suitable location and an enthusiastic audience.
What will this cost?
This also depends on the activity. We work in principle free of charge, what we do charge are expenses for guest speakers (like transport costs) and meals (ingredients, compensation for the cooks, …). If desired, the guest tables can also be set up as “benefit tents”. In that case, the proceeds go entirely to aid projects in the Kurdish regions. We would also like to discuss this with you.
