It is reported that ISIS gangs have abducted many people in Sinjar and taken them hostage.
According to information from local sources, at least 11 women have been taken hostage by the ISIS gangs.
Male (most of them are elderly) hostages are also being held in a police station in the town.
It is also reported that ISIS kidnapped a group of women and sent them in 4 vehicles to the village of Bagac 35 km away from Sinjar.
There are also reports of ISIS gangs executing lots of hostages in the town.
In addition, the ISIS gangs are reported to be deployed in the Domin district 5 km to the south of Sinjar, and in mosques in the village of Xalpa.
According to other information coming through, ISIS gangs have conveyed families who supported them in Sinjar to other places.
